How much does it cost?

Re-calibration is $149 plus $25 return shipping. If you are sending multiple units for calibration, then return shipping is lowered to $15 for each subsequent additional unit.

Purchase calibration

What does your calibration include?

Upon receipt of your pro monitors:

Clean battery terminals
Replace with new batteries
Replace any missing rubber feet/usb or power covers
Remove any attachments possible and put in your return shipping package
Polish monitor avoiding any labels you may have affixed
Perform any required firmware updates
Rewinding the device to free memory

After exposure:

Record exposure data and file
Run through calibration software
Apply calibration factor
Validate calibration is successful based on official guideline
Update calibration label
Create calibration certificate
Repackage in original shipping package
Return by UPS Ground with notifications
