Ordering a calibration is simple

 

  1. Make sure you have all the serial numbers of your units that require calibration, then click on the button below.

How much does it cost?

Re-calibration is $149 plus $25 return shipping. If you are sending multiple units for calibration, then return shipping is lowered to $15 for each subsequent additional unit.

What does your calibration include?

Upon receipt of your pro monitors:

  • Clean battery terminals
  • Replace with new batteries
  • Replace any missing rubber feet/usb or power covers
  • Remove any attachments possible and put in your return shipping package
  • Polish monitor avoiding any labels you may have affixed
  • Perform any required firmware updates
  • Rewinding the device to free memory

After exposure:

  • Record exposure data and file
  • Run through calibration software
  • Apply calibration factor
  • Validate calibration is successful based on official guideline
  • Update calibration label
  • Create calibration certificate
  • Repackage in original shipping package
  • Return by UPS Ground with notifications
