Helge Øien joins Airthings as CFO

Oslo, Norway (November 1, 2024) — Airthings (AIRX), today announced that Helge
Øien has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

This follows the company's announcement on April 25, 2024, of Øien's appointment as CFO. He joins Airthings from Allente Group, where he served as Group CFO since 2021. Prior to Allente, he held several senior positions within the Telenor Group, including CFO of Telenor Myanmar, Vice President of M&A, and Investor Relations Director. Earlier in his career, Øien served as Nordic OEM Business Manager for Microsoft in Norway. Øien is a Certified European Financial Analyst and has an Executive MBA in Finance from Norwegian School of Economics.
